Equative, Inc. (formerly AttilaWeb.com, Inc.) began as a company in 1995. TimeLedger then was single-site client-server based software application. In 1997, the company began development of TimeLedger as an online web-based application. The first version of TimeLedger as a web-based product was released in October 1998. The product is now updated and enhanced on a continuous basis.

In April 1999, the company raised $780,000 in a first round of financing from 14 Angel investors. In March 2000, the company raised another $7 million in financing from Alta Communications and Housatonic Partners. TimeLedger is now used by Customers as small as a single consultant, and as large as Fortune 100 companies -- in 34 countries around the world. Some of Equative's Customers include: Microsoft, Fedex, Mellon Bank, Guidant Corporation and Boston Scientific. Our Customers are in fields of medicine, law, accounting, web-development, advertising, entertainment, insurance and banking. Customers also include many U.S. and international schools, universities, government agencies and branches of the military.
